- The Underground (The Mob Museum): the museum’s speakeasy and distillery, open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
- Encore Beach Club grille: poolside food with vegan and gluten-free options during dayclub hours, per Wynn.
